Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a KYC Product Manager located in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The KYC Product Manager will be responsible for managing product lifecycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, and defining the product vision.

They will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The role will involve creating product marketing strategies and monitoring industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Product Management, Product Lifecycle Management
  • Extensive knowledge of AML Compliance, KYC Documentation, KYB Verification
  • Skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Monitoring
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development processes is beneficial
  • Experience in the compliance or fintech industry is a plus
  • Experience working for a startup is a plus
