The Opportunity

What you can expect

You will be a key team member in a diverse role assisting our customers and ensuring a premium level of support.

Allocating and approving access to IT systems and services for employees

Provision of technical advice and informal training to employees

Trouble shooting and problem-solving technical service and equipment problems via analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults and symptoms

Facilitate IT inductions for all new employees

Maintaining IT inventory assets

Assisting with the IT procurement process

Providing support for services such as office phones, printers, video conferencing and meetings in general.

Preparing laptops and desktops for end users

Liaising with IDEXX Global IT team for escalating issues

Ongoing involvement in ad-hoc projects such as office relocations and expansions

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday within a on call during the year

You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service ensuring a premium level of support

Outstanding communication skills forth face to face and on-line

Exception problem solving and investigative skills

Keen desire to learn and develop skills to ensure personal and professional growth

1-3 years’ work experience in IT in a client facing environment

Knowledge of Windows 10, office 365 Suite

Familiarity with Apple products, iOS, AirWatch SCCM, ITIL, Endpoint protection

IT Qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Information Technology or Microsoft Desktop Certification desirable
