We’re looking for a **Software Implementation Specialist** to join our team and be the driving force behind successful software deployments, working closely with veterinary practices to ensure seamless onboarding and optimal use of our innovative platforms. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract to support the rollout of our software solutions to IDEXX’s largest veterinary corporate account in Australia.
**What You’ll Do**
As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will:
- Lead end-to-end implementation for our largest corporate account, focusing on our Smart Flow and Web PACS solutions
- Manage installations, data migrations, training sessions, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Customize system configurations to meet client-specific needs and optimize practice workflows.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert consultation and securing additional service contracts when needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer goals.
- There is mínimal travel involved in this role.
**What You Bring**
- A relevant degree or certificate i.e. veterinary nursing, training & assessment or project management
- A genuine passion for software and technology.
- A strong knowledge of IDEXX software solution is a plus.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- An eye for detail and a natural problem solver.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
- A collaborative spirit and a customer-first mindset.
