**Company Overview**: My client a prestigious Australian-based global company specializing in desalination and water recycling. We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. This role is based in the southern part of Brisbane and offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in water treatment plants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform servicing and maintenance procedures on equipment such as RO, Ultrafiltration, Ultraviolet Disinfection, and similar systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, carrying out necessary repairs.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Generate detailed service reports and ensure accurate completion of required documentation.

**Key Requirements**:

- Mechanical, Electrical, Trade Qualified, or Engineering background.
- Hands-on experience working with RO, Ultraviolet Disinfection, Ultrafiltration, and similar water treatment equipment.
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial water treatment.
- Possession of an Electrical License is advantageous.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
