Australian Workforce is a leading national recruitment company. We are looking for **Service Technician / Territory Manager** in **Loganholme Queensland** to start Immediately.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Ride Management and Performance - For Allocated Territory**
- Collect, clean and check metro sites weekly and within agreed timelines for regional sites. Complete on-site minor repairs and troubleshooting as applicable;
- Make recommendations to the State Manager regarding the optimal placement of rides to maximize financial performance and to meet the needs / requirements of shopping Centre management staff;
- Install new rides on site as directed by the State Manager;
- Execute rotations of rides and carousels as directed by the State Manager and/or in accordance with company guidelines to facilitate regular maintenance and repairs;
- Execute assigned service calls promptly and professionally in accordance with agreed to response times of same day for metro sites and next day for regional sites. Complete on-site minor repairs and troubleshooting as applicable.

**Administration and Security**
- Ensure cash collected is secured and controlled in accordance with company policy;
- Accurately complete cash collection
- Use of Skedulo App to up load data on rides i.e.photo’s, meter reads, OHS matters etc
- Assist in warehouse / workshop where necessary

**Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)**
- Understand and ensure adherence to OH&S regulations within assigned region.
- Complete testing and tagging of rides and carousels as directed.
- Understanding of electrical requirements

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Actively maintain relationships with Centre managers where applicable
- Actively liaise with customer service desks

**Business Development**
- Actively seek new opportunities for kids rides and Skill Testers to then report to State Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Electrical experience including Testing & Tagging - desirable
- Electrical or Mechanical experience/training - desirable
- A personable and enthusiastic manner
- A flexible attitude and willingness to undertake reasonable additional tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong work ethic and commitment
- Focus on the safety, compliance and maintenance
