This impressive global healthcare organisation, with a strong reputation and market presence is looking for a Workplace Relations Advisor to join their team. Located in Melbourne CBD, the Workplace Relations Advisor will join the business on a permanent basis to provide efficient IR/ER advice and guidance across the business.
As the workplace relations advisor your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the point of escalation for any complex ER matters.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners to develop ER/IR Capabilities, empowering them to manage end to end investigations.
- Interpreting awards and EBA’s and providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Support the HR Business Partners with the upcoming EBA negotiations, providing support and guidance when necessary.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments and modern awards.
To be successful within this role, you will bring:
- Experience working within a similar Workplace Relations/ER position.
- In depth knowledge of Australian Employment Law legislation.
- Prior experience interpreting awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Exposure to working on EBA negotiations would be advantageous.
