About this Opportunity
The Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations and Policy provides advice, guidance, support and solutions related to workplace relations matters, including case management, advocacy and investigations. In addition, this position is responsible for leading the development, review and implementation of a broad range of organisational policies and procedures that enhance organisational culture and maturity. The Senior Advisor contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and ensures compliance and understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
