Based at Powertec’s Gold Coast Head Office, the Marketing Specialist will be the wearer of many hats and will be a proactive and organised professional with 2+ years commercial experience.

**About the Role**:

- Enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Leverage comprehensive market research and analytics to make informed strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Develop a growth strategy with consideration of partnerships, competitions, and the ongoing development of innovative content
- Work with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers for various marketing-related services and materials, as required
- Support the Head of Marketing in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organising promotional materials and presentations, and updating calendars

**About You**:

- Have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Possess strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced graphic design skills a must
- Have an exceptional creative mindset and attention to detail
- Be able to deliver compelling and well written content for a range of mediums
- Own the content creation process from initial concept, research, strategising to fact-checking, approval and execution
- Work with the marketing team to create and source appropriate copy, imagery and visuals for social media posts, video, presentations, promotional material and other collateral
- Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Contribute to brainstorming promotional ideas and planning content calendars and social media campaigns/strategy for execution in line with company goals
- Be creative and digitally savvy, with experience in content production, editing and creating engaging video content highly regarded
- Knowledge and experience the technology industry is a plus

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
