**Your new role**
Reporting to the General Manager, this position is part of the Senior Leadership team and is responsible for providing support, guidance and advice on all HR and Learning and Development related practices across the business.

You will use your leadership and influencing skills as you lead your team to develop strong strategic partnerships with business stakeholders to support the growth of the organisation.

The role will be focused on delivering a best-in-class colleague experience across the employee life cycle and creating a culture and organisation that enables the organisation to continue to grow and scale. This is a true generalist role that will give you an opportunity to work in the detail and get the operational HR foundations right, as well as partner with Leadership and input into the commercial and strategic success of the business.

**What you'll need to succeed**

This is a great job for a People Leader who can demonstrate success in a similar, broad hands on and strategic role. You possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, and you are someone who has a proactive and collaborative approach.

Your experience in HR and Learning and Development covers a broad range of HR experience across generalist and specialist functions. You come with a pragmatic and commercial approach and you easily build strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

It goes without saying, that you can demonstrate a high level of integrity and you build trust with colleagues at all levels.
