**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Delivering top quality installations of Aluminium Double Glazed windows and doors.
- Precise measurement of final retrofits/renovations and new builds for order and production.
- Liaison with the customer during visits pre-install to ensure that the work scope is clearly detailed and any complexities are identified.
- Efficient scheduling of installs and material orders for each customer.
- Coordinating and manage the workload.
- Proactively identifying and solving issues.
- Showcasing excellent organisational skills.
- Coaching and training installers and trades assistants.
- Ensuring that each and every project is completed fully and to the satisfaction of the customer.

**Must Have**:

- Significant experience with Double Glazing systems preferably aluminium
- A relevant Glass/Glazing qualification eg Level III Glass and Glazing or equivalent work experience.
- Ideally good experience in the building industry relating to carpentry/renovation.
- A can do attitude, attention to detail, take responsibility for decisions at work and a positive work ethic.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Glazing Systems: 4 years (required)
- Double Glazing installation: 4 years (required)
- Carpentry: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual car licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
