**Customer Service - Packaging**

Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking for a strong Service Coordinator. Join a well-known, respected, and worldwide provider of packaging solutions across FMCG. **Role overview**
This is a support role to the sales and supply chain team in all administrative and sales-based functions. The role will require excellent communication skills across customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role requires the ability to problem solve to ensure maximum performance levels are achieved in meeting the customers' requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers & internal stakeholders.
- This position will be the key point of contact for all internal stakeholders for their queries related to existing and new sales orders.
- Ensures a proactive approach to customers and the supply chain team, with the aim of supporting their orders and deliveries, while also promoting sales of additional products and services.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Supports the sales team with administration requirements.
- Works efficiently and effectively to solve customer problems.
- Responsible for Sales Order Management / Execution.
- End to end execution of Sales Orders from order confirmation, order expedition, delivery & invoicing.
- Generate regular reports for management & customers
- Coordinate with national warehouses and other departments the timely despatch of orders.
- Advising all internal departments of availability, lead times and order status.
- Enable to work in a team environment

**Experience and skill set required**
- Experience working in an office environment in a sales support role.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment while maintaining a pragmatic approach
- Ability to build repour and positive relationships
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and high level of analytical skills
- Result oriented focus with excellent communication skills, written and verbal and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate MRP/SAP skills - Key Requirement
- Exceptional data entry skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Great time management, organisation and the ability to multi-task is essential
- An understanding of sales order processing, despatch requests. Logistic processes and Invoicing
- Hard working and enjoys building working relationships internally and externally with suppliers and vendors is a must
- Logistics or operations background advantageous
