**The opportunity**:
The Internal Communications Manager is accountable for creating and executing internal communications to improve employees’ understanding of, and connection with, Bupa’s strategy. Through communications, you’ll inspire and engage our people across Asia Pacific about Bupa’s growth and how we’re delivering on our ambition to be the most customer-centric healthcare company.

**How will I help?**
- Create and deliver APAC-wide internal communications plans to bring to life core elements of Bupa’s strategy in line with the corporate narrative, values and brand.
- Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business on matters requiring enterprise-wide internal communications.
- Develop and implement creative content (written, video, audio and visual) that conveys simply and effectively our progress on delivering core elements of the strategy and celebrating successes.
- Measure reach and impact of content, campaigns and events and use insights to drive continual improvement.
- Work closely with the Corporate Affairs team and internal communications network in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong to understand their priorities to strategically plan content and maximise impact.

**What do I need?**

You are a master of language. You have experience writing and developing content for different audiences and enjoy working with stakeholders to create extraordinary internal communications outcomes.

You have proven experience, and are comfortable using, content management systems and other technologies and tools such as SharePoint, Canva and EDM platforms. You’re well versed at filming executives and senior leaders.

You have a track record of achievement in a communications manager role in a complex corporate organisation and are able to navigate ambiguity.

You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, including experience in advising and influencing key stakeholders globally.
