**Employee Support**:We have a dedicated Service Delivery and After-Hours team to make sure help is always there when needed anytime during your shift.

**Admin**: Filing your tax return can be overwhelming. Here at Nextt, we provide assistance in summarising your income tax and calculate income received in that fiscal year and the amount of taxation (if any) deducted.

**Essential Criteria**:
Cert III in Mental Health/ Disability/ Community Services or similar

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Working with Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

Valid Full drivers' licence and reliable transport

Proof of up-to-date Covid-19 Vaccination
