As a Care Worker with us, you will have the opportunity to deliver customized care services to our clients. This includes assisting with daily living activities, transportation, and personal hygiene support while promoting their independence and dignity. You will also build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families, providing them with much-needed companionship and emotional support. Additionally, you will help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment by assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, and other household duties.
We offer flexible hours that suit your lifestyle, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. To be eligible for this role, you should have at least one year of experience in the care industry, with a Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant qualification. You must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. A valid police check, working with children check (NSW), or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD), as well as a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, are also required.
If you plan to transport clients, you will need a valid First Aid Certificate and comprehensive insurance, as well as a driver's license and reliable transportation.
