**Position Overview**:

- **Contract**: 12-month fixed term
- **Remuneration**: $83,400 package (inclusive of 12% superannuation)
- **Start Date**: Monday 24th November

This is a **12-month contract** with genuine potential to move into a **long-term position across the Suncorp Group**. You’ll play a key role in helping businesses get back on their feet after a loss — delivering exceptional service and best-in-market claims experiences.

**About the Role**

As a **Commercial Property Claims Officer**, you’ll manage a portfolio of commercial property claims from lodgement through to resolution. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and brokers to deliver timely, fair, and customer-focused outcomes.

You’ll also receive comprehensive training through our **6-week onboarding program**, designed to set you up for success. During this period, **5 days per week office attendance** is required to ensure hands-on learning and support.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers, suppliers, and intermediaries.
- Oversee a portfolio of commercial property claims from start to finish.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing cost and ensuring efficient resolution.
- Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders to maintain transparency.
- Review reports and information to determine next steps in the claims process.
- Record accurate claim data in our management systems.
- Resolve issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
