**We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join our professional services team in VIC.**
**Your day at NTT**
- Leading and directing multiple projects concurrently, managing delivery, scope control and change management
- Providing pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost project solutions, including completing proposals
- Ensuring that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time - all whilst maintaining quality and client satisfaction
- Acting as a people and functional manager, and enabling project teams to deliver against their performance objectives
**To successfully deliver this project you will need**:
- Strong background working within a System Integrator, Professional Services or Manage Service Provider
- **Program Manager experience within the health sector**:
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of concurrent Infrastructure Services projects (ideally in the security, Microsoft Infrastructure, data centre or networking domains)
- Prior experience in an outsourced or services based environment
- Focus on governance and financial management - you have delivered profitable projects, and understand the concepts of a P&L. Prior exposure to project pricing/costing is preferred.
- Excellent client engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proven ability to deliver in complex, high pressure environments
- High level written communications and reporting abilities
- Demonstrated team leadership and motivation abilities
- Relevant Project Management Qualification or Certification (Prince2, PMP, AIPM or equivalent)
- Valid Australian working rights
