**Project Background**:
**To be suitable for the role, you have to**
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and communication channels, using informal and formal methods of communication, including the preparation of complex reports, briefings and presentations to influence senior stakeholders to achieve project objectives within agreed project baselines.
- Oversight of technology projects which have been identified to be uplifted to support EMV and the emergency management sector
- End-to-end responsibility for all technology requirements for the program operation to ensure an effective business outcome, including all delivery controls.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to, develop plans, assist in project resourcing and manage all aspects of the project across the project lifecycle phases.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed baselines of time, cost, scope and quality.
- Implement and utilise appropriate project management standards and controls consistent with the department's project management excellence (PME) framework, including project: - governance - planning, scheduling and development of work packages - resourcing and resource management - quality, change and risk management - budgeting and financial management of project expenditure - information and records management
