**About the role**
The IT Program Manager will lead the delivery of the IT program, ensuring projects and product development align with organisational strategy and are completed on time and within budget. It involves managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement through best practices and effective stakeholder communication.
- Develop and maintain IT program roadmaps, manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Communicate with senior leadership, business teams, and vendors to provide updates and resolve issues
- Implement Agile and governance best practices and scale to optimise IT delivery and innovation across the organisation.
**About you**
An experienced leader in managing complex, cross-functional IT programs that align with organisational goals and drive strategic outcomes. You are skilled in influencing stakeholders and guiding teams through change to deliver high-impact technology projects:
- Proven leader of complex, cross-functional IT programs with the ability to deliver strategic outcomes across multiple business areas.
- Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and navigating governance in structured public sector environments.
- Deep expertise in Agile, PRINCE2 IT delivery frameworks, with a strong track record of improving program delivery and guiding teams through change.
- Confident providing strategic advice on emerging technologies, digital strategy and IT lifecycle management, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
