IT Program Manager

Looking for a Program Manager with prior experience in large-scale device replacement programs.
**Your new company**
You will be part of a multinational telecommunications company operating across Asia, Africa, Europe, and Oceania. This role will be based in Melbourne within part of an Agile organisation of squads, tribes and other chapters, which design and deliver enterprise-level technology solutions to customers. These solutions primarily consist of Unified Comms, Connectivity, Internet of Things, Managed Mobility, Cloud and Security.
**Your new role**
The Program Manager is responsible for owning a complex delivery portfolio through the phases of a project lifecycle, from initial opportunity through to successful handover into business-as-usual operations, with a focus on meeting programme commitments including early revenue, through strong leadership and pragmatism.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- An extensive track record of delivering complex customer projects within a fast-paced ICT or Telecommunications industry;
- Delivery of Fixed Connectivity projects at regional customer locations;
- Experience of working in a highly matrixed, Agile organisation; and
- Demonstrated leading large programme teams successfully.
- Strong digital skills across the whole O365 suite including PowerApps and PowerBI; and
- Knowledge of using other project support tools; such as SharePoint & project management tools e.g. Planview/SAP.
