**Your new role**
The Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of major programs and initiatives within the Transformation portfolio of change to deliver solutions and customer experiences. You will be required to effectively develop and manage relationships with internal and external delivery partners and Senior Executives.
The Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- As a trusted delivery partner, you provide insight, advice, and delivery expertise before and during delivery from idea to business case to implementation strategy and vendor engagement / partnering.
- Effectively manage relationships across multiple functions and are a leader of business change.
- Organise cross-functional teams around value and facilitate planning to sequence work and optimise the delivery of outcomes.
- Operate in a way that supports business agility and can adapt quickly to market changes and customer needs.
- As a leader to the delivery teams, you empower and support them by removing blockers, identifying options / choices, and setting the example for how to get things done.
- Ensure appropriate and lean governance is in place to manage risks, issues, financials, benefits, and dependencies.
- Effectively influence and drive outcomes with team members and the broader team. Consultation with senior stakeholders on design, sequencing, and delivery of prioritised initiatives.
- Presentation of portfolio roadmap to senior management and governance committees, as required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
This position would suit an experienced Program Manager with Infrastructure experience within Finance or Wealth Management domain along with problem solving and excellent communication skills.
- 10 years’ experience in business and project/program management with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes and a wide array of project-type experience. Program size $20m+.
- Proven track record managing programs of work and experiences in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Exposure to working in large and complex environments, including IT / business dependencies.
- Sound knowledge in agile delivery and mindset and advanced in delivery partner management.
- Experience in the Wealth Management or Financial Services industry desirable.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of project and change management resources.
- Experience in interacting with executive and senior management.
**What you'll get in return**
