As an Office Administrator within Altius Group, you will provide administrative support to the team to ensure they can always provide a quality service. Altius Group delivers services to individuals and organisations nationally across Australia, where you'll be based out of one of our local NSW branches.

Our team of inspiring, leading allied health professionals have expertise and lived experience in providing evidence-based outcomes and delivering award winning service to optimise physical, mental and social workplace health. The role supports all team members to ensure they can complete their roles effectively and provide a quality service to our clients.

**The role you will be doing **
- Complete administration tasks to the internal standards of the organisation
- Receive internal and external referrals and triaging to understand request and suitability.
- Drafting reports and once finalised sending and/or uploading to various online portals.
- Support the Regional Manager, allied health professionals, wider office team and Altius Group subsidiaries
- Ensuring office orders are completed as required, and petty cash is always available
- Maintaining a clean and professional office environment

**To be considered, you have**
- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- Prior experience working in the health industry is desirable, but not essential
- Completed a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (desirable)
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
