**Your new role**
- Liaise with the Manager Access and Approvals to develop suitable structured agreement and option documents that provide the ability to secure an easement or freehold for the proposed pipeline, and escalate key issues and risks.
- Identify and gain all regulatory pipeline, environmental and cultural approvals required to enable the project to be constructed and advising on schedule, budget and key risks and mitigations.
- Appoint and manage external consultants through the preparation of scope and deliverables for packages of work where required and manage their performance.
- Manage key metrics including resourcing, procedure documentation, electronic document management, and GIS management to ensure delivery of on-time and on-budget outcomes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory environment relevant to tenure arrangements for development projects.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively across the organisation and externally; by building and developing relationships based on trust, integrity, and credibility.
- Well-developed leadership experience and skills to lead and supervise a team, and persuade and influence stakeholders.
- Substantial demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of land access services in the pipelines, oil, gas, or similar industry, as well as the management of land access programs for linear infrastructure projects.
