**As our highly valued Principal Talent Attraction Officer, you will contribute to ensuring a bright future for Queensland, Australia and our global partners. You will do this with people who want you to grow and progress.

Reporting to the Director, Migration Queensland (MQ), you will have the opportunity to design a Queensland Talent Attraction and Retention plan and lead key initiatives focused on growing a pipeline of talent across priority industries.

Based in Brisbane, here's what your role will involve:
Design and deliver a comprehensive Queensland Talent Attraction and Retention plan, in line with government priorities and the Queensland Trade and Investment Strategy 2022-2032.
Research and analyse international and national talent attraction trends and strategies, and Queensland Government workforce priorities, to inform short and longer-term SQMQ attraction and retention business planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships across TIQ, and with government agencies, industries, education providers and migration partners, as required, to develop targeted talent attraction approaches aligned to Queensland's future workforce needs.
Collaborate with relevant TIQ colleagues and/or external providers to develop engaging and targeted multi-channel marketing and engagement opportunities, including events, to educate and connect key industry sectors with a skilled talent pipeline.
Create, analyse and report on Talent Attraction and Retention campaigns, using the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
Effectively communicate progress and outcomes relating to the Queensland Talent Attraction and Retention plan and opportunities to high-level stakeholders, including to TIQ's Board and Executive Leadership Team.
Represent TIQ at relevant stakeholder forums, on working groups and committees, and at state, national and international events, as required.
