Join a face-paced and motivated internal **Talent & Attraction **team in a growing transport company. As a part of a passionate and driven team you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of multiple roles. Working closely with our hiring manager to ensure the Followmont Family continues its growth journey. This exciting opportunity would suit a someone who is resilient, driven and has a passion for building capability and bringing new ideas to the table. As an internal recruitment team there is no sales involved.

**The role**:

- Build strong working relationships and ensure prompt communication with all key stakeholders.
- Effectively schedule and arrange interviews and pre-employment assessments.
- Continuously strive to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver high-quality products and services.

**Qualifications**

**About you**:

- 2 years' experience in a fast-paced end-to-end Recruitment position, previous experience within the transport industry is also highly regarded.
- Demonstrated driven ability to operate effectively to get things done and take initiative.
- Conscientious, thorough, and precise working style, ensuring positive responses under pressure.
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a team, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and experience in using a HRIS/Recruitment System knowledge would be advantageous.
- Concerned with rules and accuracy, possessing a strong level of empathy, resilience, and effective time management skills.
- Robust attention to detail coupled with solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
