Portfolio Manager

The Investment Portfolio Manager will drive service delivery for managed portfolio solutions in New South Wales, focusing on upselling advice practices to achieve retention and share of wallet AUM goals.
This role involves recruiting and winning new advisers and practices to entrust their clients' assets to our managed portfolio solutions, while removing potential barriers preventing adviser utilisation.
You'll onboard and serve advisers to write new netflows by solving investment and behavioural challenges, using a solutions-based and consultative approach.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with advisers, preparing and presenting investment solution proposals, influencing and educating on our managed portfolio solutions, and representing the team externally.
Additionally, you will act as the voice of the adviser, providing input on product development and collaborating with internal teams to execute business development goals.
A bachelor's degree, advanced degree, and/or CFA designation are preferred, along with at least 7 years of industry experience in investments and serving financial advisers and practices.
Essential skills include strong investment background, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
