Our team is growing, and we're in search of a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role is pivotal to our business operations, focusing on both Fulfilment & Logistics and Account Management. If you're a proactive, organised individual with a knack for efficient operations and exceptional stakeholder communication, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Fulfilment and Logistics:_
- Oversee and supervise order fulfilment activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels and stock at the warehouse to meet business needs.
- Coordinate with both internal (tech team, sales, business development team, product team) and external (printers, couriers) stakeholders to ensure seamless fulfilment operations.
- Participate actively in fulfilment activities, providing hands-on support as needed.
- Account Management Operator:_
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers, offering timely and effective service and support.
- Engage in regular communication with business customers to understand their needs and address any issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and monitor customer behaviour to improve service delivery.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Hard Skills:_
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights for improving operational efficiency.
- Soft Skills:_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
