**WHAT IS THE ROLE?**
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. Not only will you provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, but you’ll also work in and around clients and the broader clinical team, supporting a leader who is also a practising Occupational Therapist.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Managing the CEO’s dynamic schedule, including clinical and executive commitments.
- Drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and event logistics.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Supporting the CEO’s clinical duties by scheduling meetings, liaising with clients or clinicians as needed, and managing sensitive client-related information with care and confidentiality.
- Supporting Board and leadership meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up actions.
- Anticipating the needs of the CEO and proactively addressing challenges to maximise efficiency.
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE**
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Familiarity with healthcare or allied health settings is highly desirable.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
