We are currently seeking an **Accounts Receivable Clerk** to join our busy and highly varied **Finance team** based in **Burwood**. This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior experience in administration, accounts, or data entry, looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process Bank Statements on a daily basis
- Liaise and follow up with Departments for Receipt and Payment details
- Reconcile and follow up Vehicle Debtors
- Answer Dealership Vehicle funds receipt queries
- Reconcile and follow up Parts & Service Debtors
- Monthly reconciliation for Bank Accounts
- Monthly reconciliation for both Vehicle and Parts & Service Debtors
- Ensure daily processing of Vic Roads payments
- Process Daily Banking Deposits
- Undertake other clerical duties as required

**About you**:

- Previous experience in an accounts or administration role
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
