We are currently seeking an **Accounts Clerk** to join our busy and highly varied **Finance team** based in **Burwood**. This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior experience in administration, accounts, or data entry, looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end processing of deals across allocated brands
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing general journals
- Allocating manufacturer payments and warranties
- Raising accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Supporting month-end processing and team goals
- Processing payments and floorplan payouts
- Handling franchise-related queries and tasks
- Assisting with ad-hoc administration duties
- Providing general support to the broader Accounts department

**About you**:

- Previous experience in an accounts or administration role
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
