**About the Role**

Joining us as **an Accounts Receivable Clerk**, you will join a dynamic, fast paced finance and administration team who work across the whole of our business. Their dedication and customer focus plays a principal role in ensuring the success of our operations and we are seeking someone equally remarkable to work in this wonderful team.

**What the role entails**:

- Accurately code and key the daily bank statements in a reasonable time frame
- Manage all new account set ups - check compliance of paperwork and conduct trade references
- Ensuring attention to detail is maintained whilst processing accounts
- Working with various internal stakeholders to ensure documentation received and updated as required
- Reconciliation of internal accounts and follow up of outstanding items and issues

**What we are looking for**:

- Full work rights in Australia
- Extensive administration experience with strong exposure to accounts receivable
- Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy
- The ability to work in a fast paced office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to follow instructions and work to targets and deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a high volume environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong experience utilising Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- A real team player
