**Job description - Customer Success Manager**
In this Customer Success Manager role, you are joining a tight-knit and friendly team that ensure all customers are being supported and resolving enquiries as efficiently as possible. This is a non-technical role in nature but you have the rare opportunity to work across the entire business and will be trained on all systems and services. So, your willingness to learn and attitude is key
**Key responsibilities - Customer Success Manager**
- In this Customer Success Manager role, you can expect the following tasks, but are not limited to:_
- Support customer requests by resolving yourself or escalating to internal teams
- Work with the team to improve standard operating procedures
- Work on ad-hoc projects contributing to process automation and improvement
- Ensure accuracy of changes to internal documentation (E.g AWS, Azure)
**Please note that this is an entry level position with heaps of opportunities to learn from experts in the business**
**Job requirements - Customer Success Manager**
- Educated to degree level
- Customer facing experience
- A positive attitude and a team player
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Customer-centric
- The ability to build relationships with ease
- An eagerness to learn
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience handling IT requests is a bonus, but not essential
- AWS / Azure is a plus but again not essential
