As part of a 5-star hotel, this outlet is a sophisticated bar serving signature cocktails, champagne, fine wines and light bites. As an Ambassador to the brand, your role of Bar Manager will oversee all day to day operations, staff management as well as development and relevant administrative duties. You will play your part in the revenue management of the bar and last, but not least, you will take pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Working for such a renowned hotel group will generate amazing partnership with exciting brands in the creation of unique cocktails and beverages. The Hotel Bar is open to guests and the public alike and is known to release special beverages based on the release of famous theater shows (Hamilton, Phantom of Opera...), jewelry or fashion collections as well as organising food-paired flights.

**About you**

You will relate to the brand through:

- Your proven experiences in bars (min. 3 years) in venues with an active focus on quality, produces and service
- Your passion to provide high-end, lux-worthy experiences
- Your leadership style and ability to create a genuinely motivating and positive culture - with exposure to admin related duties
- Your strong attention to detail and understanding of the brand standard

As part of compliances, you will need to have **full working rights in Australia** (citizenship or permanent residency).
