Campari House is a 4-storey venue, located on the iconic Hardware Lane, trading since 1968. We have a restaurant, function rooms, cocktails lounge, plus 2 rooftop bars. A manager who is experienced as a multi outlet manager would be looked upon favourably.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and hands-on Bar Manager with a positive outlook and a sunny disposition. You must have strong cocktail, wine, and beer knowledge. Working alongside the Venue Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day running of every aspect of the venue.

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role.
- Good overall industry knowledge, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and events.
- Ensuring venue presentation and cleanliness are kept at the highest standards.
- Adherence to all aspects for the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
- Maintaining systems and procedures across all levels of the venue
- Display leadership qualities with experience in leading and running a team under a high-pressure environment.
- Driving revenues whilst providing the highest quality customer experience
- A willingness to take on a true challenge and drive a platform to become exceptional.

**About the Role**:

- Previous experience running a fast-paced licenced venue and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
- Flexible availability to suit business needs - days, evenings, and weekends.
- Be self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills.
- Good and full Australian working rights.
