
National Compliance Manager

An exciting opportunity has been created to join ORS as our National Compliance Manager in our well established and rapidly expanding Workplace Rehabilitation & Health division. You will work closely with our General Manager and Regional Managers across the business to deliver compliance strategies and drive a high performance culture across the business. This role can be located in any of our 18 office locations across Australia.
Your key responsibilities in this role include:
- Understand all contracts and guidelines across all jurisdictions, and gain a thorough knowledge of all requirements
- Conduct ongoing gap analyses of current documents, policies, procedures, and processes to ensure that all are compliant with each contract, and implement continuous improvement and/or process changes as required
- Ensuring new contracts, or amendments are set up in full and accurately across all internal systems and libraries
- Providing contract and guideline training to new employees, and to all staff when major changes are occurring
- Reporting to key stakeholders, and monitoring compliance or contract required training in each jurisdiction
- Monitoring the results of all compliance related administration and/or verification tasks to ensure objectives are met and all staff are complying with the required processes and relevant timeframes
- Monitor all contract deliverables, expiry dates, and other key dates ongoing to ensure that there is strong communication leading up to required tasks with the General Manager, DCEO and other relevant staff

A few requirements:
- Experience working within workers compensation and/or workplace rehabilitation
- Extensive experience in contract management, compliance and/or quality management roles.
- Extensive management experience and leadership qualities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret extensive and large documentation
- Ability to write concisely and accurately.
- Applicable tertiary qualifications
