Injury Management Strategist/ Rehabilitation Consultant

**Position: Rehabilitation Consultant (Allied Health Professionals)**
**About Us**:
**Essential Criteria**:
- Must be a qualified Allied Health Professional (e.g. Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Social Worker) with current membership in a recognised professional association.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience preferred, but not essential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage injury cases across various jurisdictions (e.g. CTP, WorkCover, Comcare, Life Insurance).
- Conduct assessments and develop effective rehabilitation strategies and recommendations.
- Liaise with stakeholders including insurers, employers, unions, and treating health professionals to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
- Prepare professional, timely, and accurate reports.
- Proven ability to complete assessments and reports within required timeframes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder engagement.
- A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
