**Procurement and Contracts Specialist**

**Due to major growth we are expanding our Finance team in Perth and are currently looking for a Procurement and Contracts Specialist to join the team.**

In this role you will manage assigned contracts through the full contract lifecycle and manage the newly implemented Procure to Pay process.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the Procure to Pay process and assist users with the uptake of the new system
- Work closely with Finance to ensure invoices are matched to Purchase Orders
- Compliance reporting on spend against contracts
- Serve as a single point of contact during contract/renewal negotiations in your portfolio
- Work across business units to obtain all stakeholders input and align goals to find the best commercial outcomes for VGW
- Proactively working with key suppliers to improve value, efficiency and effectiveness delivered to the organisation

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Previous experience in Procurement Specialist /Contract Roles
- Specialised knowledge of procurement concepts, processes, activities
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to think outside the box
- Strong commercial analysis, analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills
- Specialised knowledge and understanding of contractual documents and clauses
