Job Opportunity:

The Procurement Contract Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of contracts, supporting tender preparation, documentation, and system guidance across departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of tenders and quotations by ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide timely procurement and contracting advice to internal stakeholders, promoting efficient operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract law and procurement processes to inform decision-making.
  • Act as a point of contact for procurement systems and assist staff in navigating these tools effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid administration background with at least 2 years of experience in procurement or contracts is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of contract law and procurement processes is advantageous for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence handling documentation, correspondence, and data entry are essential.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this position.
