Reporting to the Director of Residential Services NSW, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, high level customer service and dynamic administrative support services to the Residential Aged Care facilities leadership teams. The Executive Support is responsible for ensuring a high level of discretion, maturity, diplomacy and judgement in executing duties required of the role.
Essential Skills
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines
- Proven computer skills and in-depth knowledge and demonstrated use of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative
- Demonstrated ability to collect analyse and present information in a meaningful manner
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision

Knowledge
- Knowledge of computer software programs utilised for word processing, spreadsheets, databases and other programmes utilised for data management, presentation and video conferencing.
Experience
- Relevant experience in providing executive officer and minute secretary support to Boards and Committees
- Demonstrated understanding of administrative functions and office practices
- Proven experience in organising events, travel and meetings and maintaining relevant documentation
- Relevant auditing and data collection experience
**Qualifications**:
- Completion of Certificate IV, Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant area with extensive relevant work experience
- Current unencumbered Driver’s License
Desirable
- Knowledge of Corporate Governance structures framework
- Knowledge of the Royal Commission findings and outcomes
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
