**The Company**:
Executive Distributors is a family owned and operated wholesaler based in Harristown that has been offering high quality delivery services for over 25 years.With plans to expand & continue the sustained growth of the last few years, we are now on the hunt for a star warehouse supervisor to join our hard working, passionate and friendly team.

**The Role**:This is a hands-on role to act as a leader and ‘all-rounder’ within the warehouse. You will step in where required and lead from the front by going above and beyond. You will possess the ability to stay calm, remain positive, energetic and reliable irrespective of what challenges you face.

Specific duties include:

- Accurately and fast picking of items from shelf, for orders
- Checking accuracy of picked goods against documents
- Packaging consignments, including wrapping and strapping and labelling
- Measure, weigh, calculate, book in, and arranging freight dockets
- Receiving in & putting away stock
- Driving order pickers at heights safely and efficiently
- Driving forklifts safely & efficiently including articulated high reach
- Driving delivery vehicles & MR trucks safely
- Delivering and unloading at customers businesses

We are seeking an experienced warehouse leader comfortable with supervising a small team. To this end, you will possess:

- Experience in recruiting, coaching and performance management
- Implementation & management of LEAN processes
- Implementation & management of WMS / barcoding processes
- Ability to manage a vehicle fleet + warehouse equipment
- Confidence to rearrange warehouse layout to meet operational needs
- Skills to coordinate ongoing building maintenance
- Sharp eyes & an ability to locate missing or mislaid stock
