This is your opportunity to join carsales as a CRM Campaign Specialist. Reporting to the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will build and execute cross-channel campaigns across our marketing automation technology stack and work collaboratively with our Product, Data and Insights teams to deliver personalised, relevant communications to our members and continually experiment, test and learn to improve customer engagement.

Marketing, Content and Customer come together to create the stories and campaigns that inspire and educate as well as provide strategic, innovative and cost-effective solutions for our customers. They’re a nimble and collaborative team that offers the full suite of services that you’d find in a digital design agency.

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**
- Understand and share expertise to participate in the development and implementation of new Marketing Automation features, system integration and ongoing development.
- Develop lifecycle customer journeys and optimisation through creative testing, multivariate and A/B testing.
- Demonstrate understanding, motivations and expertise to manage audience targeting, data management, campaign proofing, testing and launching.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for?**
- Strong marketing platform experience preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in a CRM role with strong capabilities in all aspects of campaign creation and management.
- Proven experience developing digital customer experiences that drive engagement and profitability.
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
