**About our role**:
As part of our ongoing commitment and strategy to grow new digital platforms and deliver exceptional user experiences, we have a newly created permanent opportunity for a data savvy and enthusiastic Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Commercial Business. Based at our Head Office in Chifley, Melbourne, and reporting into the Content Strategy Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Marketing automation suite of tools.

**What you will do**:
The role will build and execute cross-channel campaigns across our marketing automation technology platform and work collaboratively with brand and communication teams to deliver personalised, relevant communications to our customers and continually experiment, test and learn to improve engagement

Your responsibilities will be varied and include the below.
- Collaborate with the brand team and communication team to bring new customer journeys to life and optimise existing.
- Ability to write SQL and use Marketing Automaton to create audiences for customer journeys.
- Foster strong working relationships and synergy with the Category teams across the business, particularly Commercial.
- Monitor and build relationships with agencies and media to ensure high standards of work and deliverables are met.
- Share insights and best practice recommendations with marketing team for ongoing optimisation.

**About you**:
To be successful you will have the ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges, experience with the following will be advantageous:

- You will be a strong storyteller with excellent writing skills. CRM platform experience is essential. Including strong marketing platform experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot. You will bring experience in building end to end customer journeys.
- Strong experience managing SQL queries.
- Experience in executing digital engagement through a range of channels and platforms including eDMs, Salesforce Pardot, social media web, and other tools
- Strong technological literacy across a range of products and platforms - with experience in targeted digital growth
- Demonstrated project management and communication (verbal and written) skills and high attention to detail in working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of business
