Your role is pivotal. From welcoming patients with a smile, supporting the clinicians with high professionalism, helping with the clinical operations, to being a key person in our team - every day is an opportunity to leave a lasting impression.
- Lead the practice managing rosters, overseeing the practice operations
- Managing the small team
- Dental Assistant and Reception duties with a smile
- Friendly calls to patients for appointments
- Administration
- Assist our clinicians and friendly team
- Preparation of the surgery
- Cleaning and sterilisation
- Supporting the clinicians in surgery
- Preparation of lab work

**About you:

- **
- A Receptionist / Dental Assistant trained in surgery
- Keen to be a leader
- High regard for following infection control procedures
- Proficient with practice management software preferred but not essential
- Possess high empathy and have a patient centric approach
- Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive working style - most importantly a _**sense of fun**_and team spirit
