Sales & Membership Consultant — Ritual Yoga & Pilates

Location: Palm Beach | Mermaid Beach | Robina

Type: Casual or Part-Time

Ritual Yoga & Pilates is a long-established, family-run studio loved by our local community for over 10 years. Founded by sisters Rose Lamont and Sophie Spratt, Ritual offers an authentic space for movement, connection and growth — with classes spanning Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Yin, and Teacher Trainings.

We're looking for a Sales & Membership Consultant who's passionate about health, wellness, and people — someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and helping them take the next step in their Ritual journey.

About the Role

You'll be the friendly voice that follows up with new clients, welcoming them into our community and helping them choose the right membership or pack for their goals.

You'll also play a key role in sharing our Ritual Teacher Training Programs with those wanting to deepen their practice or begin a career in wellness.

Your day will include:

  • Following up with new and returning clients to discuss membership options
  • Helping clients find the right plan or training to fit their lifestyle
  • Supporting our small and friendly studio team with admin and sales initiatives
  • Maintaining Ritual's warm, authentic tone across all client communications

About You

You're naturally confident, personable, and driven — not the hard-sell type, but someone who connects through conversation and authenticity. You love movement and ideally practice Yoga, Pilates or Barre yourself.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous sales or client-facing experience (fitness/wellness background highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet KPI's in an adjacent role
  • A friendly, professional phone manner
  • Confidence using digital systems and CRM tools
  • Possesses a high attention to detail with the ability to create and follow procedures
  • Self-motivated and proactive — doesn't wait to be told who to call next
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and community
