**About Your Team**:
The Service Delivery Group is responsible for meeting DHA’s delivery objectives in the provision of quality housing services including provisioning, stock management, housing allocation, living-in accommodation and repairs, maintenance and tenancy services.

**Your Contribution**:
Reporting to the Director Service Operations, you will provide high level administrative support to the regional offices within the area managed by the Director. You will monitor and report on the regional operating and personnel budgets.

As the regional customer relations representative, you will respond to escalated and complex client and stakeholder concerns with professionalism and sensitivity whilst representing DHA’s interests. You will monitor and order
consumables for regional offices and contribute to strategies to improve work practices and workplace safety.

In every aspect of your work, this role will operate with a strong customer centred focus and approach. You will work closely with all stakeholders to build a cohesive and consistent approach to service delivery through strong client relations and complaints management. You will maintain and exercise an understanding of customer behaviour and its implications for service delivery and resourcing.

- Working independently and your ability to effectively manage competing workloads and rapidly changing
priorities.
- Your strong written communication skills and attention to detail, enabling you to draft reports, briefing
papers, Ministerial correspondence and discussion papers for review by executive level employees.
- Understanding of DHA’s operating environment, corporate direction and key deliverables.
- Your exceptional engagement skills including the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships
with a broad range of stakeholders and manage sensitive issues.
