**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for a Control Room Support Officer, on a part-time basis, 25 hours per week and will be based in the office at 10 Richmond Avenue, Fairbairn.

The Control Room Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative services and support in the System Control department. Their main goal is to ensure that reliable and accurate information is readily available to facilitate the efficient operation of the business unit and help it achieve its objectives. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks that meet both regional and corporate needs.

Specifically, the Control Room Support Officer will offer excellent face-to-face support to the System Control Leadership team. This support is designed to aid the team in achieving their strategic business objectives. The officer will assist with various administrative duties and provide high-quality assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

**About You**
- Background in working within an administrative environment, performing tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining accurate records in business systems and the ability to compile well-organized and structured information, charts, and reports.
- You have strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to effectively prioritise multiple concurrent projects within tight deadlines.
- You are accountable, results-oriented, and focused on delivering outcomes to meet team objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in relevant computer operations and business systems, particularly Microsoft Applications.
- Tactful and diplomatic in handling sensitive and confidential information.

**Required Qualifications**
- Certificate III Business or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
