**The opportunity**

We are on the lookout for a Performance and Reward Analyst to join our People team on a fixed term contract until December 2025.

In this role, you will provide assistance and guidance to line management across the APAC business, using technical and professional skills/knowledge, on a range of Performance and Reward policies, programs and practices. As an integral member of the Reward Team, you will also collaborate on all cyclical activities undertaken by the team, with a specific focus on reward systems support.

This role can be based in Melbourne (preferably), Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid work arrangements available.

**How will you make an impact?**

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the Head of Performance & Reward, Performance & Reward Leads and the Global Performance & Reward team on all operational aspects associated with the delivery of the annual performance and remuneration review
- Manage routine variable remuneration operations (calculation and processing) across the company
- Contribute to development and implementation People policies and practices
- Job evaluation across the business using a variety of job sizing methodologies.
- Manage the Compensation Partner activities of the business within Workday and Avature
- Providing interpretation and counsel to Line Management regarding Performance and Reward policies, programs and practices
- Conducting research and analysis into reward market practice
- Acts as the point of contact for all Benefit queries within the People Team and for escalated queries from the broader business
- Contribute to the effective governance of the global job family framework
- Contribute to the design, UAT, implementation and delivery of performance capability / functionality and reporting aspects of Workday that are related to delivering the various rollout phases and subsequent bi-annual releases of Workday

**What do I need?**
- Advanced analytical and excel skills
- Experience using Workday Advanced Compensation
- Reporting experience within a large and complex organisation
- Proven systems, process and reporting capability in a matrix organisational setting
- Proven stakeholder engagement and service provision skills
- Excellent data collection skills, and proven ability to convert information and data into knowledge, and to communicate that knowledge in a meaningful and useful way
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands in a client focussed and outcomes centred manner
- Demonstrated time management skills including the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve deadlines and desired outcomes.
