Our Performance and Reward team partner with Divisions and act as the primary Centre of Excellence for the ongoing management and administration of the benefits and recognition frameworks. The team lead the provision of advanced analysis and modeling on employee remuneration, budgeting, performance, incentives and benefits.

**Your Opportunity**
- Provide technical knowledge and up to date thinking on all aspects of remuneration, performance and reward and engage and influence key decision makers
- Lead and support the Division through annual remuneration review process, and provide firmwide rollup reporting tools and remuneration budget modelling
- Lead project planning and project manage the Year End employee performance open review and remuneration review process
- Manage and administer the Firm's benefits environment
- Manage and administer the Firm's recognition environment

**Your Experience**
- Prior experience in a pure performance and remuneration role within a complex corporate or professional services organisation
- Strong Excel skills in salary and bonus modelling, presenting data, formulas and pivot tables, cost analysis and diversity modelling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholder in the business
- Expereince in project managing end to end annual remuneration processes

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary education in HR, business, finance, or related field
