Nestled in the heart of the Blue Mountains, our Hotel is as iconic as the scenery. We're looking for someone who embodies professionalism, positivity, and a love for all things food and drink

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Leading seamless breakfast, lunch, and dinner services - your stamp of excellence will shine on every guest interaction.
- Working across a 7-day rotating roster, 38hours per week
- Coordinating events and conferences like a true superstar, ensuring every moment runs like clockwork.
- Mentoring and training a team of hospitality champions, fostering growth and smashing service standards.
- Jumping in during peak periods - nothing is beneath you, and you know teamwork makes the dream work.
- Managing stock, reporting maintenance issues, and keeping the operation sleek and smooth.
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**What Makes You a Perfect Fit**:

- Proven leadership of **minimum 1-3 years of experience** in Food & Beverage. You know how to rally a team and inspire greatness.
- ** Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol** (RSA) - essential
- A proactive mindset, a “Can Do” attitude, and a love for teamwork.
- Guest-focused with a knack for making people smile - detail-oriented and always professional.
- Communication wizardry - whether written or spoken, you ace it all.
