Join CIA Real Estate as a Property Officer based in our Auburn, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service for our clients and tenants.

**What you'll be doing**
- Conducting property inspections and managing maintenance requests from tenants
- Advertising vacant properties, screening applicants, and facilitating the leasing process
- Collecting and processing rent payments, and promptly addressing any arrears
- Resolving tenant inquiries and addressing any tenancy-related concerns
- Maintaining comprehensive property records and generating relevant reports
- Collaborating with the wider property management team to deliver a high-quality service

**What we're looking for**
- At least 2 years' experience in residential property management or a related real estate role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants and landlords
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient property management
- Working knowledge of relevant residential tenancy laws and regulations
- Proficiency in using MRI Property Tree software
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $56,685.78 - $62,000.00 per year
