**Our client** is a $20B+ Real Estate Funds Management group with assets across Australia. They are growing their business and are curently offereing an exciting and formative Facilities manager opportunity within their Shopping Centre division.
As the
**Facilities Manager**, you will manage budgets, contractors and consultnats to ensure the assets under your stewardship are performing to their utmost. This will require working with their property team to ensure tenant satisfaction, compliance and efficient contracts are in place and delivered.
Our client is looking for a can do person with demonstrated experience in an FM position, ideally retail as you will have dmeonstrated understand of the public space complexities in shopping centres.
Building Servies trades backgrounds will be highly prized, as will an ability to work within a team whilst displaying autonomy.
You will have considerable autonomy to deliver the workload and maintain a modern personal and family lifestyle. Remuneration is up to $110K Package including super.
You will be expected to have access to a vehicle to undertake some travel, with a Fuel card provided, and tolls covered. The role is be based in Auburn, with travel to alternate sites required, plus 1-2 days working out of the Head office in the Sydney CBD to maintain the team culture.
